Contents restoration is the process of cleaning, drying and/or removing odors from household or business items damaged in floods, fire and other emergency events.

Textile restoration is a specialty contents restoration service that includes the cleaning, drying and/or removing of odors from clothes, shoes, curtains, bedding and other common textiles.
3What is electronics restoration?
Electronics restoration is a specialty contents restoration service that includes the cleaning, drying and/or removing of odors from TVs, computers, gaming consoles and other electonics.
4What textile items can you restore?
Not meant to be comprehensive, but some common textiles include clothes, shoes, curtains, purses/handbags, luggage, belts, wallets, towels and bedding.
5What electronic items can you restore?
Not meant to be comprehensive, but some common electronics include TVs, computers, gaming consoles, tablets, speakers, electronics, lamps, laptops and power tools.
6Can you restore all items?
While we’d love to say yes to all textiles and electronics, there are always cases where the damage is beyond our help. We’ll be honest with you in those cases, but will make every attempt if the item is salvageable.
7Can you help with insurance claims?
Yes, we work with insurance companies, so in most cases we can assist with your insurance claim.
8How do you store items?
We store items in a safe, secure climate-controlled environment that will help keep your items in their restored conditioned before delivery.
9Do you provide an inventory and photographic documentation?
Yes, we’ll provide itemized inventory lists and photograph items as part of the restoration process.
10What happens if an item can’t be restored?
We work hard to restore every item, but in some cases the damage is beyond our help. In those cases, we’ll be honest and upfront about the situation and adjust your restoration project accordingly.
11Where do you provide service?
We’re located in North Charleston, but help homeowners throughout the Charleston area including Downtown Charleston, Mt Pleasant, James Island, Kiawah Island, Johns Island and surrounding Charleston area metros.
12Do you work with other restoration contractors?
Yes! As a specialty restoration contractor we don’t perform full home restorations – we leave that to the excellent restoration industry here in the Lowcountry. Where we come in is helping contractors with contents restoration, specifically with textile and electronics restoration.
13When is the best time to contact you?
You can leave us a message anytime, but our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM Eastern Time.
14Do you help with fire and smoke damage, as well as water damaged items?
Yes! We provide contents restoration for both fire/smoke damage and water damage events.
15How long does the restoration process take?
The restoration process is largely dependent on the quantity and severity of the damage to the items, so exact timeframes can vary. We’ll make sure you’re aware of the turnaround time before your restoration project starts, so you’ll know when to expect your restored items to be ready for delivery.
16What insurance providers do you work with?
We work with all major insurance providers. If you're unsure, you can always reach out and we'll answer the insurance questions you may have.

We use professional property claim estimating software, Xactimate, which ensures standardizing, reliable pricing estimates.
